Job Description: Are you passionate about teaching and making a difference in the education system? Sub Teacher Source is seeking dedicated Substitute Teachers to join our team. As a Substitute Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work in diverse school environments, supporting students’ educational needs.Responsibilities:
- Deliver lesson plans provided by the absent teacher, ensuring continuity in students’ education.
- Adapt to different classroom environments and grade levels, maintaining a positive and productive atmosphere.
- Manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe, respectful learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents as needed.
- Follow school district policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree (preferred not required)
- High School Diploma/GED Required
- Age 21+
- Previous experience in teaching or substitute teaching is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to different educational settings and grade levels.
- Passionate about education and making a positive impact on students’ lives.
