Your role involves developing high-impact models to enhance customer segmentation, generate adaptive recommendations, and prioritize leads effectively. Working closely with cross-functional teams, your contributions will be pivotal in transforming research insights into scalable, production-level solutions that significantly impact business outcomes.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the execution of advanced deep learning-driven personalization algorithms for a tailored user experience across various channels.
- Design and implement predictive lead scoring models to optimize customer engagement strategies using state-of-the-art techniques.
- Architect and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines for large-scale models, ensuring efficient data processing, model training, and real-time inference.
- Advance the field internally and externally through publishing research findings, filing patents, and keeping abreast with emerging trends in personalization and customer intelligence.
- Innovate in multi-modal modeling to augment personalization and lead scoring accuracy and conduct exhaustive A/B testing to quantify model impact.
Must-Have Skills:
- 6+ years of applied research experience (or 4+ with PHD) with proficiency in deep learning, NLP, and general modeling techniques.
- Strong experience with Python and PyTorch in a hands-on model building and deployment scenario.
- Proven track record in developing recommender systems, utilizing transformers, or handling multi-objective tasks.
Industry Experience:
- Experience in constructing ML solutions for large-scale applications, preferably with a focus on personalization and lead scoring within the tech industry. Prior involvement in publishing research or filing patents in applied ML domains is highly favorable.
