- Strategic Communication: Develop and implement integrated communication strategies aligned with organizational goals and advocacy priorities.
- Content Creation: Craft compelling content for press releases, success stories, newsletters, reports, social media, website updates, and donor communications.
- Media Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with international and regional media outlets; draft press materials and coordinate interviews or press briefings.
- Digital Engagement: Manage social media channels, ensuring regular, engaging, and mission-aligned content that drives visibility and audience growth.
- Internal Communication: Collaborate with program teams to ensure clear, consistent, and timely internal messaging and knowledge sharing.
- Brand Stewardship: Uphold and reinforce organizational brand guidelines across all communication materials and platforms.
- Monitoring & Evaluation: Track and analyze communication metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, media coverage) to inform and optimize strategy.
- Emergency Response: Support timely and sensitive communications during humanitarian crises or high-profile emergencies.
- Capacity Building: Provide training and support to field staff on effective communication practices, storytelling, and media engagement.
