Role: Learning & Development Consultant (Remote)

• Altamont Group is seeking efficient, detail-oriented Learning & Development (L&D) Consultants for project-based engagements

• The ideal candidate is energetic, motivated, and persistent with deep expertise in curriculum development, training, capacity building, and eLearning

Required Skills & Experience

• Advanced academic qualifications in any of the following: (Bachelors (required); Masters (preferred)

o Education

o Learning & Development

o Instructional Design

o Organizational Development,

o Social Sciences

o Business Administration

▪ Degree MUST be from Accredited University

• Experience in corporate training, instructional design, curriculum development, eLearning, or capacity building

• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design models

• Experience in creating instructional materials, including presentations, manuals, and curriculum

• Experience in designing and developing training programs and workshops

• Experience in designing eLearning content and modules

• Familiarity with SCORM, LMS, and Articulate

• High level of organization and time management, as well as an ability to learn quickly and to produce high quality work under tight deadlines

• Excellent English writing, editing, communication, and presentation skills

• Ability to manage deadlines efficiently

• Strong problem solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills

• Ability to multitask, take initiative, and work independently

• Sound time management skills

• Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly

• Flexible attitude toward receiving feedback

• Strong work ethic and professionalism with a dedicated approach

• Ability to work cohesively with team members

• Expertise with O365, i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint

• Ability to collaborate in person and remotely (via Teams, Zoom, etc.)
