mondayERT Ambassador

The monday.com Emergency Response Team (ERT) collaborates with emergency response organizations to enhance their efficiency and impact through digital transformation of their core disaster response operations. The ERT provides free access to the monday.com platform and expert support to build and implement tailored digital solutions for emergency response.

Our Ambassador Program aims to expand the ERT’s reach and enables more organizations across 4 focus countries: USA, Mexico, Brazil and the Philippines, to benefit from localized pro-bono services. We are recruiting ambassadors in each one of those countries.

As an Ambassador, you have worked in the disaster space in your country for many years. You’ll leverage your expertise and network to ensure emergency response organizations utilize the ERT offerings. You’ll map organizations, engage with them before and during emergencies to provide them disaster management digital tools, and help drive adoption in disasters through strong partnerships. Ultimately, your role is to ensure that in every emergency, we’re working hand in hand with local organizations—helping them outdo their best. When needed, this may include deploying alongside us.

Ambassador Requirements

  1. +10 years of experience in emergency response in your country, including fieldwork and a proven track record of succeeding in fast-paced environments.

  2. Established and proven network with civil society organizations, NGOs, UN agencies, first responders, and government bodies within your country.

  3. Experience in organizing events, trainings, and networking activities related to emergency response.

  4. Ability to operate independently with a flexible schedule. You will be expected to develop a detailed three months action plan based on set KPIs and execute it with regular weekly and monthly progress reports. Selected applicants will be engaged through an independent contractor agreement. Such a freelance engagement is for a term of 3 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and ERT’s needs

ERT is committed to providing equal opportunity to all applicants regardless of race, gender, age, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or national origin
