Job Overview
AF Development Care is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Project Assistant (Intern- remote) to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of development and relief projects under the guidance of senior team members.
- Conduct research on development challenges, disaster relief strategies, and community needs to support project design and implementation.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for internal use and external stakeholders.
- Support the team in drafting proposals, concept notes, and updates for donors and partners.
- Monitor and compile data from ongoing projects to assess progress and outcomes.
- Collaborate with team members to organize workshops, training sessions, or community outreach programs.
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and managing communication with partners.
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance project outreach and visibility, including social media and online platforms.
Qualifications and Skills
- Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a Bachelor’s degree program (e.g., Social Sciences, Development Studies, International Relations, or related fields). Freshers with no prior experience are encouraged to apply.

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
