What you would be doing
You will lead on developing innovative approaches for robust segmentation and motion
tracking of cardiac MRI datasets across diverse populations. The role will involve curating the data, developing analysis pipelines, and working on approaches to model the results. The work will be at the intersection of computer vision and data science in translation medicine. The post holder will also use 3D+time digital models of the heart for classification, association and prediction tasks. You will work closely with a diverse group of clinicians, geneticists and computer scientists to achieve these goals.
