Requirements
Applicants with a doctorate degree from a world-renowned university and a formal teaching or research position as assistant or associate professor (or an equivalent title) at an internationally prominent university; a top-notch talent among his or her peers, with the ability to independently establish and develop a research orientation and a potential to become an academic leader in his/her respective field.
Remuneration and Benefits
- Remuneration:
(1) Competitive compensation with no cap on research performance
(2) Outstanding individuals in related fields may be eligible for various talent fund projects supported by both the university and affiliated enterprises
- Qualified personnel with postdoctoral research experience can enjoy living allowances.
- Research funding: Competitive research start-up funds will be provided according to disciplinary fields.
- Housing arrangement:
(1) Teacher apartments and on-campus talent housing are available.
(2) Housing subsidies are provided throughout the employment period.
- For individuals relocating from outside Hangzhou, a one-time relocation allowance will be provided.
- Office lab space: Provide good office environments and laboratory spaces.
- Team building:
